Seller refuses to pay for return shipping label.

I bought some silverware that was supposed to be either sterling or silverplate.  There were some pictures but when I received it, it had a horrible order and was damaged, rusty and nasty.  Much worse than pictures showed.  The buyer said he/she accidently accepted return but will not pay for shipping label.  Said if label isn't printed by midnight, the return won't be accepted.  I know the seller doesn't set the time limit but is there a way to print a return label?  If I have to drive to post office and purchase postage, how do I post the tracking number?  Postage will be much more expensive but at least I'll get my money back for the silverware($175.00).  Seller is very nasty.

I'm sorry that the seller isn't very nice. Did you order through the seller's website, such as eBay, Amazon, Walmart, etc., or did you pay through PayPal directly?
