Seller provided invalid tracking number and won the dispute!!

Please help!! The seller sold me vurtial good and never delivered them and he put in the tracking info "Tracking #Vitual goods" And I just got an email saying " Your seller has provided shipment tracking information in response to your claim. We used the shipping company's online tracking service and found that it confirms delivery of the merchandise. As a result, this case has been closed" How is that every possible ? What should I do ?

Yes wait for them to open. A seller shouldn't win a dispute for virtual goods.
