Hey so I bought virtual items from a seller. He runs a server for a game and has like a proper website that you purchase virtual items through. Long story short I purchased a bunch of items and he's recently shut down the servers that I had my items on. How eligible am I to apply for a refund. I purchased the items under a year ago But they were labled as permanent when I bought them. He also gave no warning about shutting the servers I played down. When i contacted him he said my items would transfer to newer servers which hes also now not doing. Am I still eligible to apply when it's been just under a year and if I have all the proof.
