Refund Help

So here is the deal. I never got a refund from the seller of an ebay purchase.

I paid for this product with debit and it took too long to ship, so I canceled it and got it somewhere more convienent.

The seller claims he refunded me but I see nothing in my bank or paypal balance under refund or even money added.

I want my refund, I am out 70 bucks here, Please help me paypal.

The seller on top of that isn't responding to my paypal claim I made on the transaction!!

If you filed a dispute for non-receipt and you escalated the dispute to a claim within the required time then you just wait.

This assumes there is no tracking to show delivery.

Check the original PayPal transaction and make sure there is no related refund transaction.
