Hello. After logging in today at Paypal.com, I was greeted with this message,
Hi <myname>, we’re looking out for you
A device or location recently used to log in appears unusual to us.
Atlanta, US <todays date>
Just to be safe, let’s change your security details to help prevent your account from being used without your knowledge.
It prompted me to change my password which I did, and everything inside looked normal. The location was a state I am not from, nor was I traveling. I use two-factor security, and never got a message on my phone. I also use a secure password from Lastpass generator.
Is this something I should be worried about or could it possibly be a glitch?
