so this has happened for the past week, my paypal account is old i've had it like 2 or maybe 3 years and have tons of transactions on it.
i recently removed one of my two bank accounts and the credit card associated with that bank account. then I added my credit card back because I needed it to buy something. but then when I go to buy I get this "we can't send your payment right now if you keep running into this issue please contact paypal. if you continue to encounter problems please contact support."
so I did contact support and they said this "

but this is the real issue, no matter who or what i try to send payment to I get the message saying we cant send payment right now that I posted earlier. if i try to send payment to an ebay seller, if i try to send payment to my mom, if i try to send payment to people I have paid in the past no problem i get that same message saying I cant. and paypal told me thats its not a thing they can fix as you can read in that email, the only way is to find a new payment option with the seller, BUT IT LITERALLY HAPPENS NO MATTER WHO OR WHAT I TRY TO BUY, there is no reason for this to happen
$1 payments dont work $5 payments dont work. $10 payments dont work no money amount I have tired works either.

my account is verified, I have one verified bank account and I have one verified credit card on my paypal account. the paypal account im asking about is not the account im making this post from.
