Permanently Limited Account. Why2?

Hello everyone, here my case about Limitation account. I am so disapointed with Paypal,
because my account Permanently Limited without reason explain, Paypal not want explain my Limitation. I called
( sure 20 times Paypal Support ) but not got correct answer. I only selling items on my eBay. All items the original. I selling Ray Ban sunglasses and here arose a problem.Anyone open case on me, and I don't know who is that. Paypal not want say me exact reason, why Limited! I can not use my Paypal in my life, that is answer Paypal Support. I so need paypal, with any buy or sell items online, games etc ...

Please if anyone can help me, I want soon send letter to registered Office in Luxembourg.
Because I am from Serbia, and not have money visit Luxembourg. All My money hold on Paypal without reason!

Reason ( but that not exact reason) for Paypal is there to be excessive risk involved.
What risk? I selling items and Paykpal got all fees, all money from me, and I can not selling items, or buy something, that risk ? What ?Called Paypal many times, some of our people have been a professional for me, like Woman's
( Understand my situation ), while some people canceled line. I called 2 days. and was told I would get an email
from Paypal , but I not get it .Why Paypal not want to tell me the exact reason of Limitations ?
I sent you the Invoice 2 months ago but PayPal did not approve that, I do not know what is the reason?

If Paypal need some more information about some of myrecent sales.I will be honest,
I sale products for my family because they have it in their warehouse, and they want as quickly as possible to sell
them. They tried to find some Invoice for me, I sent that invoice, which they gave me, because I have received these products from their friends, and one friend had found it, so I sent PayPal, but it was not approved. I really do not understand, and I am very frustrated. Talked with woman on line today, and she say me, make new case and I can add more information.
Please check about my case all. And please understand my case. I so need Paypal, use for buy any items online, selling on eBay. All items delivered to buyer, you can check that too. I can talk to someone from the Department of limited account ? Paypal have all my information,I send all what Paypal need. My personal visa card linked on Paypal.
I know that I have never made a mistake, I'm not guilty. I understand Paypal can Limited my account, but why Limited without reason ?Please explain me!

someone could have reported you for selling counterfeit Ray Ban sunglasses.

Your account is permanently limited,there is no appeal.

After 180 days,they will release your money in the acccount .

But you would not be able to use Paypal

I know that, 180 days and can not be able to use Paypal. But who reported? My Ray Ban sunglasses are original, my aunt received as a gift unpacked. She give me that I can selling, and I send Invoice to paypal. Unpacked original RB Sunglasses, who report that? I want know, I not have proof who say that not original. My aunt try to get to the man who had given her a gift. I never selling items whos not original! I read terms on Paypal and eBay. Why I can not use Paypal in my life more? All My Information on paypal, my personal information, my visa card, all. And I can not delete that. I can send letter to Office ? What I can do ? For use my Paypal.

You would have had to show proof that you purchased them from a Ray Ban official dealer.  Without an invoice from an authorized dealer, they could also be considered stolen.  There is no way you can prove a gift is the auhtentic item.

I talk with my aunt, she trying to get to the people who gave her sunglasses, to find the invoice. I only selling on eBay, and 100% all items are original! Before my aunt gave the pictures and names of the products she checked the box and papers, and she told me that the original. I now need kill my aunt because can not use paypal in my life? She try find Invoice and I send to Paypal. I can make call with people from Departmants for Limited Account ?

Your first post here inidicated that your account was permanently limited;  that means the end of your account.  Any funds would be held for 180 while PayPal determines the outcome of your funds when your account is terminated after 180 days.

Only want say, I send Invoice 2 months ago but Paypal not approve that without explain me. That Invoice give me my aunt, not know what problem. If price problem, low price because my aunt wants to sell quickly items. Paypal can check too on eBay have Ray Ban too low price! How I can know what is item on which open case? That help me. I nothing don't know, only Paypal Limited my account without explain. How I can talk with Departmant for Limited Account ? Thanks.

There are folks on Ebay who look for counterfeits and knockoffs on internet,some work for the company,some are volunteers,brand names like Louis Vittron,Nike,Adidas,Coach etc,they can take down your listing .

There are many counterfeit RAY BAN sunglasses on Ebay,they can tell which ones are real and which are fakes,unless you are a licensed dealer ,otherwise their decision is final,anyone can produce a receipt.

Rolex is worse,they even have lawyer who send you a letter and ask you to pay a fine??

Stay away from Tiffany trinklets,Rolex watches,Coach handbag,Adidas,Nike sneakers,Ray BAN sunglasses .

You can also be banned from selling on Ebay if you keep relisting the banned items.

Since you cannot accept Paypal,you are pretty much banned selling on Ebay

Thank you. Understand but anyone can open case on me. Problem is for that items not in my hands, that in hands my aunt. She only give me text and picture and i selling for her. How she can know, that original or not? Unpackage with original box, I selling before 4-5 Ray Ban Sunglasses but not open case that not original, too from my aunt. What I can do? Can call some people who worked for Company Ray Ban, volonters... I want know what is Item make me this big problem. I call Paypal 10 min ago, and she say me, only can not do something for you, Permanently Limited Account is final. I can not use Paypal in my life now ? Why I can not know who is open case on me ?

you said you have sold 4-5 Ray BAN glasses before with no problem.

One of the way to determine if your Ray Ban or Nike or Adidas is real is to buy one piece and see if it is authentic,then they will report you to Paypal or Ebay.

If you are not a licensed dealer,how did you get so many to sell,some keep listing and listing brand new designer t shirts,handbags,sneakers,saying they are gifts or personal collection,it is just not possible?
