I recently received a notification that my account has reached a threashold, here is the message :
"You have reached a usage threshold that requires us to confirm your identity as account owner. PayPal needs to do this to comply with regulatory requirements. To prevent any account limitations, please confirm your identity at dashboard"
I submitted all the required documents (phone bill and scanned driving liscense) to Paypal immediately and Paypal asked me to wait for a couple days for them to review the documents: "
Thank you for providing the required information.
We’ll get back to you within 2-3 business days.”
However, I still keep receiving message from Paypal which required me to submit the documents whenere I made a transaction. The issue is that when I follow the link, Paypal said that I have submitted all the documents and told me to wait. I am really confused.
Recently, Paypal limits my account and send me a message to ask me submit documents. I follow the instructions and the result is the same : Paypal website doesn't allow me to upload anythings, it said this :" Thank you for providing the required information. We’ll get back to you within 2-3 business days.”
I am wondering what is really going on with Paypal, what are they thinking ?
Can somebody help me on this ? I am having 4K balance in my account and I really need that money to pay my bank debt. This is my income for several weeks working as an online freelancer.

did they give you a reason why it is deactivated?
There are 2 Paypal debit card, one is the business debit card and the other is the Extra debit card, both go by MC logo?
The plain business debit card is just to access your Paypal fund and bank account linked to your Paypal account,if not enough fund for your purchase,it would be declined ,so it seems there is no need to deactivate it unless you report it as stolen or hampered with?

Dear @Sang_N @Tiem_Nguyen @phuongnd
I have solved my problem as well. In my case, I just called to paypal Singapore, then they released the "proof of address document" upload function again. After that I came to ACB bank to ask for the bank statement copy (sao kê tài khoản). I submitted the bank statement and they lifted my limitation very fast!
For those who are facing the same problem, do not waste your time to wait for their response. Just call them to ask for the assistanc: +65-6510-4586.
Thank you guys very much and I hope you all have a great new week.
Thang

RE: LIMITATION ON MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT FOR OBSCURE REASONS
.........I have consulted the pages mentioned in your notification, and find that there is insufficient information provided. I was told on the phone by customer services that; my account had been limited due to the amount of claims I've made!!!!
If you look, you'll find that all claims were genuine and due to poor/damaged and lost in transit items(obviously Ebay can't administer their delivery/return service adequately) and you honored your money guarantee policy and Consumer Rights Act .So why limit my account? I have been an Ebayer for approx. 8+years buying and selling and have had a 100% feedback for a long time, but this factor has not been taken into consideration. I am perturbed to find on social media that it is apparent that the same action has been taken against many other account holders, and it has been concluded that there is either a security issue and/or you are simply 'spring cleaning' accounts. Either way people are not happy with the poor information nor customer service as I am not. I have withdrawn all my founds from my account, and will not tolerate a 180 day limitation on my account. I have also notified my Nationwide bank to stop any payments requested by you. Although you refuse me the right to close my PayPal a/c,Its highly unlikely that it will ever be used again by me, so technically closed anyway.I must inform you that I have referred this matter to several independent bodies as your actions are maladministered and non informative. Please note this correspondence will be posted to numerous forums and web pages/sites in the hope that it will help/inform others. Sincerely G Parry.
TO OTHER DISCONCERNED PAYPAL USERS,PLEASE STICK UP FOR YOURSELVES
