I recently opened a claim regarding digital software from microsoft this peace of software had received huge amounts of complaints regarding content that had been paid for missing and very poor performance issues just to name a few.
Some had contacted microsoft support demending a full refund and had been successful others like myself where told that no refunds where been issued even through the product clearly wasnt ready for release and broken it cosy £79.99 and i like many others expect it to work and not pay £79.99 to be a beta tester.
So just over ten days ago as i had paid vi paypal and had been refused a refund by microsoft i decided to open a case with paypal resoultion centre the case has just been open for just over 10 days awaiting microsofts responce however microsoft has soon has i opened the case have taken the software back am now left without any software and £79.99 out of pocket has i havent received a refund yet.
I am on the understanding they had 10 days to respond they have had 11 days now will i get my money back ?
Has they have taken the product back and i still havent received any noticfication regarding my claim.

You can escalate but I doubt you may win the case for Significantly Not As Described (SNAD). PayPal purchase protection is not a warranty. If a product is as described but doesn't meet your expectations, you are not covered. Hope you paid with credit card, their protection coverage is broader.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
