Change Customer Notification Email

Hey There!

 

Been a PP customer since 2000 and I need to change the notification email that a customer receives as the one they are receiving now is no longer valid.

 

Where can I change this?

 

Also, I want to delete the old email here: https://www.paypal.com/businessprofile/settings/email

 

If I delete the old email and only the primary email is left, is THAT the email which customers receive?

 

Also, presently I am signing in my PP account w/ that old email.  How can I change the sign-in email - or does that even matter?

Go to https://www.paypal.com/businessprofile/settings/email to add your new email address first by clicking the plus sign and confirm it.  Then go back to the new email address and click Edit and tick the Make primary email option, click Change email to save.  Then click Remove next to the old email address to remove it.

 

The primary email address that is left will be your notification email address.  The new primary email address will be what you use to log in next time.
