My Co-Founder passed away this past summer and her name was primary on account; I'm unable to upload her death certificate - how do I email to PayPal?I've called customer service twice now about this and am very frustrated. The upload documents isn't working under the Name Change option. How do I fax this death certificate to Pay Pal to fix our account?
