I won a case on ebay after buying an item and a refund was issued but I'd closed my paypal account before the case was resolved. Since it went through as a card payment through paypal I heard it could take up to 30 days and now it has passed that (refund was issued on 6th march) so I'm wondering what I can do to get my money back.
