Hi All,
Yes we may have been dumb on this one. Agreed to concert ticket purchase with a person (have name, phone email). She wanted money sent, now we've sent it and no tickets. No response and no voicemail recording with her name.
Do we have any recourse? Or are we dumb trusting concert goers?
Thanks,

Assuming you sent the money as friends/family/gift then you have no recourse as goods are not associated with this type of payment.
If you paid as goods/services, then you need to provide details.
