Had to return an ebay item and have taken out a case.
Basically Seller ignored my request for her full address, so I could return the item. Ebay stepped in and got her contact address for me.
Had to return with a tracking number and now discovered the package will be returned as the address is not correct and the seller has not provided the correct information.
I am now out of pocket as it cost me £7 to return the item with tracking identification. I should never have been given an incorrect address. I am now out of pocket and am not happy !
