The seller wants me to close my claim and then he will issue a refund. The refund is a PARTIAL refund of the amount in the dispute. (I don't know why it showed up as the total amount). He has called and harrassed me for 2 days now saying he will submit the tracking number for the part of my order that was received, but won't tell them it's only for half the order. He's threatening me, I don't know what to do. I agree with him that he only owes me a partial refund because I did receive one item in the claim, but I cannot change it. What do I do??

DO NOT CLOSE THE CLAIM.
If you close the claim, NOTHING MORE WILL HAPPEN.
For the claim to close successfully, seller must issue agrreed refund or whatever else is required. That's it.
