I bought a laptop for cheap and had it shipped directly to my repair facility.
They took a long time (6 weeks) to inform me that the seller shipped a worthless laptop, not the $2000 one he described in his auction (totally different model). I contacted the seller and he admitted in the ebay messaging that it is a different model but he won't accept a return.
My ebay seller protection window expired and since I funded through billmelater I can't do a chargeback.
This is a clear case of fraud. I'll never make the mistake of not having an item shipped to me first again.
Is there any recourse since it's been 90 days?
I can't even leave bad feedback for this crook.

If you paid using a credit card, it's possible your card issuer may be able to help.
