PayPal MADE A MISTAKE ON A CASE!!!

My F***ING 550 dollars you guys made a mistake saying on my refund case you guys dont cover digital or virtual item?? I'm like WTF IT'S A F***ING LAPTOP!!!!!!!! OMG no!! I lost the case $550 gone I never received my alien ware laptop and no refund I'm seriously crying and I never cry omg dude please I beg of you please please if you can fix it?? This is right man this is not fair!!! Why please tell me. The guy is not responding on the item it says alien ware laptop (LAPTOP) LAPTOP is not a virtual or digital its hardware they made a mistake I can't reopen the case NoOoooo omg whhhhy..!
