Login problems

 I have been using PayPal on eBay this week no problems. I have just tried to log on again to make a payment to an email address and I can not log on , saying incorrect password. I have just logged on to place this message with the same info and I was able to log on.

i have on my mobile phone and as I put in my info the screen just returns as a blank asking for login details again.

i have asked for a change of password email but have not received anything .

please help.

I'm sorry to hear you are having troubles with your password.

 

Here is a link with instructions to reset your password. If you are completing the Forgot Password flow and you aren’t receiving an email to update your password, I would recommend contacting a PayPal specialist directly at 888-221-1161 Monday through Friday, 4 a.m. to 10 p.m. Pacific and weekends from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Pacific for additional assistance. Our phone team can assist in resetting your password.
