Do I have any seller protection?

Hello,
please help me. I sold an item on 3rd July to a buyer from United States, shipped it on 5th July by USPS registered airmail (from Europe). 3 weeks later, the buyer contacted me that she no longer wants the item and would like a refund. I provided her the tracking number and told her that she can return the item if she wants. She never replied back and never collected the package from the post office. The tracking says "notice left" to the buyer's registered PayPal address. She had almost 2 months to collect the package, she did not. I am from Europe, I do not have the item back.
Today the fraudulent buyer opened an "unauthorised transaction chargeback" in PayPal.
How to defend against this? I shipped within 7 days to buyer's registered PayPal address with a tracking number. Do I have any seller protection for the chargeback? I do not want to lose my money, I paid 15€ for the tracked shipping and I do not want to pay the 20$ chargeback fee.
I did everything what is required for the seller protection. How to defend against the chargeback?
Thanks for any help

So I uploaded the tracking number and all evidence which I had to the case.
And within minutes the chargeback was closed in buyer's favor.
There is no such thing as seller protection on PayPal
I lost my item, I lost my payment, I lost 20$ chargeback fee.
PayPal is nothing else but a scam. Pure scam. They say, ship with a tracking number, you are covered.
I did not even have a chance to call them which the case was open because it's weekend and they only work during week
It is all lies. I am crying

This is probably closed by a robot.
Call Paypal Monday and ask if you qualify for seller protection since you shipped to the address on the payment notice .
tell them it is your understanding that you are protected by Paypal seller protection for unauthorised use of credit card as long as you shipped to the address on its payment notice.
You may want to go to PAYPAL site and confirm if this policy still hold.
If so,Paypal will reimburse you for teh $20 charegback fee.
As for the item,it will eventually come back to you unless you have stated in the customs form -in case of non delivery, abandon the item .
As for shipping cost,yes,you lost.

I called to 5 different PayPal representatives and all were very arrogant, rude and none of them helped me or waived the fee.
The transaction was showing, that it was eligible for seller protection during the chargeback. After the chargeback, it changed to Seller protection Not Eligible. And all of these PayPal representatives were telling me that the payment was not marked as eligible for seller protection. This is the reason why they did not dispute the chargeback.
I could have taken a screenshot at the time when it was marked as seller protection eligible. Now they are telling me that no, the payment was never marked as eligible for seller protection.
