Concern about Paypal Digital Gifts

 Right now I am saving up rewards points on a rewards site which currently has eBay gift cards on sale. I plan to take those eBay gift cards and spend them on buying Game Stop electronic gift cards through Paypal Digital Gifts.

I have some concerns. The seller looks like it actually is Paypal, but there are a ton of negatives. I realize that comes with the territory, but it seems a lot of people paid for a gift card and never received it. I have even seen comments about how people ordered more than one gift card but only received one.

Paypal Digital Gifts is an online store that is actually owned by Paypal, correct? I'm hoping it's not some Joe Schmoe selling e gift cards from his mom's basement.

I want to order the Game Stop gift cards, but I'm afraid of losing out on $250 because from what I heard eBay does not include gift cards with buyer protection.

Has anybody here purchased gift cards through this method? If there were problems were they resolved right away? Oh, I realize there is also Gift Card Mall, but I want to avoid them like the plague.

Your help is appreciated. I mainly posted this topic to see if anyone had success with Paypal selling e-gift cards. I did message the seller, but from the reviews, Paypal_Digital_Gifts is not good at responding.

They don't even respond to phone calls? If you have conerns, call them.  Their phone #'s are in that link.

Unfortunately my phone reception is quite bad and I'm not going to use it if I have to ask the person on the other end 500 times to repeat themselves.

Yes Paypal Digital Gifts is official by paypal.

The negative feedback come from issues like slow gift card activation. I had some problems with it too. But it doesn't happen to everybody. When it works it works great.
