please help. I would like to report a problem with my PayPal account. It has been limited. I already uploaded my business permit, my utility bills, all requirements, it has been a week already but my account is still limited. I tried contacting paypal through email, but did not receive any reply. I also tried calling but it keeps hanging up. I do not know who or how to contact paypal anymore. Please help, I really need my money so bad. But no one is addressing my concern. Thank you.
Once your documents are submitted, PayPal will need to review and investgate the details. Un-limiting is not automatic; it will take days or more to complete the review.
If you need more information you will need to phone PayPal customer service and keep trying until you reach a qualified person.
It would be helpful to know the reason for the limitation.
