Account Limited, can't proceed

After being abroad, my account was limited by PayPal. 

 

I followed their requirements of sending ID to confirm who I was online, but it has been pending for months now. I messaged them and they said to go to contact and either "email" or "call", but I get stuck in a loop because it says I am limited.

 

I can't even get to the helpline number to speak to someone. It's really poor customter service, and I'd like to just resolve my account. 

 

Please advise!

It's not likely anyone here can help if you can't get help with PayPal customer service.

Furthermore, you haven't provided details about your account or the limitation.

That's the thing, it is best to communicate to PayPal that you will be going abroad and require use of your account.  Go to "Contact" again and use the "Contact us as a Guest" option.  Don't make a selection, just stay on the line for an agent.  Or try pressing zero after hearing the options and see if you can get an agent that way.
