Chargeback Scam - where can we publically name & shame scammers

Hi All

I've been using Paypal for about 6 years now in conjunction with Etsy and have had 3 chargebacks filed against me.

Each and every one of these has been completely inappropriate as I have correspondence to prove that the items were received / were being kept / or were correctly ordered.

Is there a forum where we can publically name & shame these scammers?

Perhaps list their paypal account email addresses & names so that anyone who wishes to check on their online sales prior to sending the goods, can cross-check against their chargeback scam history?

Any ideas?

Thanks!!!

More details needed, and then maybe even more.  The details really do matter.

Where did this happen?

What swiper did you use?

What did you sell?

Do you have a paper receipt for sale details?  Does buyer have paper receipt?

I have a small kitchen store so the products were kitchen items.  I have an IPad so yes, they sign.  I give a receipt, stamp the back with our name, and verbally tell them how we will be listed on their CC bill.

It should be written on a receipt your busines name and how it will appear on the credit card to make sure you have all the detials.

Did you provide the buyer with a paper receipt with yoru business name and sales details, including collected sales taxa?

Did you verify buyer's ID and signature?

What does your online receipt show for signature?

Did you write down the buyer's phone number and/or address on your written/printed receipt?

Did you phone PayPal to talk to a PayPal Here agent for help.  That should be your fist thing to do before it is too late.
