They are chargebacks, lodged by Buyer, with their credit card companies, via Paypal. I have spent - as I'm sure many many legitimate Sellers do - hours and hours collating and uploading my supporting documentation to prove that the purchases were legitimate, intended and all posting happened correctly.   Unfortunately www.usps.com doesn't reflect the progress of items shipped by South African Post Office any longer, so my parcels are no longer eligible for Seller Protection. ... I won the first two cases (after spending hours and hours uploading supporting documentation) The third case is still being deliberated by the credit card company.    Unfortunately, using the regular postal service out of Cape Town South Africa, which I use; does not always allow for online tracking of the parcel as our local allocated track & trace numbers sometimes don't get logged on www.usps.com (even after I have confirmation by customers that they have safely received the packages). As such, my parcels become ineligible for Seller Protection because of the lack of verifiable online tracking.    Nevertheless, I do believe that we should have a central digital online repository (perhaps even a dedicated website?) for the names / pseudonyms / email addresses of  'customers' who scam Sellers by lodging fraudulent Chargeback cases. ...
