I purchased an Item that was shipped to me from the U.S. The company selling the product lied about what the product can do and has many fake reviews on the product description (I later found out). In the Escalated Paypal dispute, Paypal says to get a refund, paypal wants me to pay for return shipping back to China. If a seller knowingly lied about the features on an item, why should I have to pay for return shipping, let alone return shipping to a different country?
Is there anyway for a buyer dispute the results of the Paypal Escalation Claim?

There is a risk when buying online; there is a much greater risk buying international. It is part of PayPal policies that buyer must pay to return a product in case of a dispute. It's something to consider before making another international purchase.
It also important to make sure you absolutely trust the seller before making a purchase; PayPal doesn't evaluate sellers.
Since the return is part of the published policy it will be extremely difficult get a refund without return.
You would need to prove to PayPal's satisfaction that the seller lied and that the product you received was not the advertised product. It will be your word against that the of the seller. PayPal has no way of physically evalauting the product.

You won the Paypal dispute, there is nothing to escalate?
If you buy a defective item from Walmart store ,you have to return to the store to get a refund,Walmart is not going to come to your house to pick up the item.
and it is sure not going to reimburse your for your time and gas for coming to the store to return the item.
Now,if you have bought the item on Ebay from a domestic seller, and you file item not as described,Ebay will make the seller pick up return shipping.
But for overseas sellers,Ebay will leave it up to the seller, most sellers would not reimburse you for return shipping.
When you buy from overseas sellers, you must note if it does not work, return shipping is on your dime.
and it has to be trackable, which means much $$ to China.
if 750 or more, signature confirmation which means DHL,UPS ,FED EXP.
try to negotiate a partial refund,

wait,I just reread your post, you said you bought from USA and Paypal wants you to return to China?
Where are you?
Is this Ebay?
I think if it is Ebay, you have to return the item t o the seller,if he is in USA,then return to USA.
