using phone bar code to add cash to paypal

Hi, I use home wifi to use my phone, which I am able to get a barcode ready to be scanned for a rite aid or cvs retailer to scan, but I was wondering, and this is probably a stupid question, but, will I be able to successfully add cash to my paypal if my phone is not connected to wifi at the retailer?

And if it can't work, what other options do I have to adding cash to my paypal?, I'm not working, but have money I've been saving and I don't have a bank account.

No, wifi is not needed once you have the barcode showing on the phone.  Or click the link to create the barcode on desktop and print it out on paper and bring the sheet and the amount you want to add to the store.  You can only use the barcode once and it expires within one hour of being created.
