Hi, I use home wifi to use my phone, which I am able to get a barcode ready to be scanned for a rite aid or cvs retailer to scan, but I was wondering, and this is probably a stupid question, but, will I be able to successfully add cash to my paypal if my phone is not connected to wifi at the retailer? And if it can't work, what other options do I have to adding cash to my paypal?, I'm not working, but have money I've been saving and I don't have a bank account.
