i set up direct debit payments for over and above my minimum payment to stop me having to use my card to pay I was told to pay September normally and that the DD would start on the 5th Oct. To my horror the payment is still saying 5th but has not been taken and i get hit with a late fee.I want to speak about it but keep getting automated services.Thank you

If you want to talk to someone about your PayPal Credit account you will need to phone PayPal customer service and get transfered to someone with PayPal credit. It will take patience and persistence, but there isn't any other way to actually talk to someone.
You could also look for a phone number on your PayPal Credit statement.

As for statements, just print the PDF statement you get online. That statement is really important as it shows your full account details and is a copy of the statement you would get if you had one mailed. It is an imporetant statement to print and keep for your files.
As for the phone calls, you just need to keep trying and and ask for transfers until you get to a person who can help. You need to learn how to navigate the voice messages until you reach real people, and then conintue until you get to a person who understands English and comprehends what you are explaining.

When scheduling automatic payments with PayPal Credit, you can choose the amount you want to pay each month according to:
Minimum amount due
Amount to avoid interest
Last statement balance
Are you saying that your direct debit service did not pay the PP Credit bill? Or PayPal Credit failed to perform the scheduled payment?

PayPal failed to take the money from my bank and only after I emailed them about it, it now says it's being processed?. That still leaves me with a £12 late fee!!
