I got this at WalMart.com on a Verified account. Very discouraging. Is PayPal solvent?

Hi all!
I can understand the frustration this situation is causing you. It can be annoying when you're unable to use your money for what you want.
I'd recommend you take a look at my 'Unable to make a payment' post for some possible reasons this is happening, and if all else fails you'll want to get in touch with our customer service so we can review your individual situations.

This would have been nice and all if your customer service actually responded, which it doesn't, I already sent two support requests, both ignored.

I am having the same issue right now myself. I tried several times to purchase an Ebay item using my Firefox browser and it keeps refreshing the login and "Confirm & Pay" page. I don't understand what on earth is going on with this issue. Once click on Confirm & Pay tab, I get an error message and my payment is not being accepted.
Error Code: 70047 70266 10417 10606
I wasn't having issues with purchasing other Ebay items in the past days but now today this problem is starting up again.
I contacted Customer Support here on Paypal and all I got for a response is that since my Ebay account and details cannot be accessed and that I should contact Ebay about this issue.
I'm just about to the point of closing my account if this issue keeps on happening so I'm hoping this will be fixed very quickly.

I think its just cookies problems.
Go cleaning with CC Cleaner and the issue will be fixed.

************************PROBLEM SOLVED**************************************************
I contacted Paypal again, and this guy knew exactly what it was. He just reset my account details, told me to wait 15 minutes and try again. BINGO. it worked.
There is a glitch in Paypal's system which triggers this fault.
I hope this helps.
