I select "Pay with Pay Pal with back up funds to come from my Bank Account" for E-Bay items. BUT Pay Pal deducts total funds from my Bank Account even though I have the funds in my Pay Pal account that I want to use to pay for the E-Bay Item NOT my bank acct. How can I make sure E-Bay payment is taken from my Pay Pal Balance IF there is one and use my Bank Account as Back up Payment Only?
