I am having the same issue right now myself. I tried several times to purchase an Ebay item using my Firefox browser and it keeps refreshing the login and "Confirm & Pay" page. I don't understand what on earth is going on with this issue. Once click on Confirm & Pay tab, I get an error message and my payment is not being accepted. Error Code: 70047 70266 10417 10606 I wasn't having issues with purchasing other Ebay items in the past days but now today this problem is starting up again. I contacted Customer Support here on Paypal and all I got for a response is that since my Ebay account and details cannot be accessed and that I should contact Ebay about this issue. I'm just about to the point of closing my account if this issue keeps on happening so I'm hoping this will be fixed very quickly.
