This is the message i get.  I've had to type my card details all the time now and am not using paypal at all. This same error occurs on all different computers and phones. Is it broken?

That definitely sounds strange. I recommend reaching out to us directly by clicking on the 'contact us' link at the bottom of any PayPal page or on Twitter or Facebook for additional assistance. When you reach out to us, please include the details as to what action you were attempting to complete when this error message occurred, as well as, the different types of internet browsers you attempted to use.

I had this problem. After reading this I switched from Chrome to Firefox and the transaction worked. It looks like a Google problem.

Yeah, this is BS. I pay thousands a year to have a working account, and now I am locked out of my own account for this same reason. I tried switching to Firefox and that did not help. I have to click the help button, then click the paypal logo, then it takes me to the new version paypal screen, which I do not like. Time to call customer support.

Hi.

 

I am from UAE. i verified my Mastercard and its successfull but when i tried to withdraw money it ask to link my bank account.. I tried so many time to link my bank account with paypal but everytime its give error "Please check your information and try again" i don't have Check book but i take Bank routing no from my bank. Please anyone can help me how can i link my Bank with Paypal account in UAE

I desperately try to print a shipping label to send an item I sold on E-bay. I get the exact same message. Sorry - your last........  I rebooted my PC, I tried Explorer instead of Chrome, nothing works. On the whole Paypal site I cannot see any thing  'print shipping label' to click on.
