I have used Pay after delivery all the time! And with the same merchants. Today I checked to see if my pay after delivery was active and it was. I placed an order and noticed it went straight thru! After being on hold for 20 minutes, an air-head from customer service "and Um yea!" told me that sometimes it is not available, and that was her answer. What a joke. She even asked her supervisor- as she claimed and didn't answer my question or change the option to pay after delivery. Guess it is time to stop using Pay Pal. NOT nice PP
