I sent money to a friend for a tv I never ended up getting it so my friend refunded the money back. It's says refund pending until 4/4/2017 but it's still not there. I know he didn't have sufficient funds in his PayPal so it sent an e-check from her bank account. My worry is that she lied to me and didn't have the sufficient funds in her bank account either. What happens then. Am I **bleep**? What do I do? Please help!
PayPal will try twice to get the money from your friend's bank, if no money, the eCheck will come back unpaid. Then you must give your friend a call and say what's up.
