Refund Glitch

I currently have a refund (for several thousand dollars) which has been pending since November 18th. I've called technical support multiple times and been told this is due to a "known technical glitch." The last representative that I spoke to told me that there is no time frame available for when this will be fixed and that I will simply have to wait until the issue is resolved. I'm justifiably frustrated at this point, and in the meantime am out several thousand dollars indefinitely. Does anyone have any suggestions on some way I can get in contact with anyone who can give me some real answers? Obviously this will be the last time I use PayPal to make a payment.

Its a nuisance but not a lot you can do about it apart from wait.

 

You can phone customer services again via contact bottom of paypal pages but you will probably be given the same info.

Your not alone , I also have a refund of a thousand pending from Nov. 18 and have been given the same run around with several promised dates that I would see the refund posted and as of today still pending! I was told as of today to wait another 3-4 days! I know it doesn't help but I feel your pain!

Did this issue ever get resolved? I'm currently in the same boat and hoping it won't be years until its fixed
