I've been with PayPal for over 12 years and this has been the worst experience ever with PayPal , why do refunds take so long especially when the initial funds were from my own account 2 days before. 14 days and counting on a pending refund!!! Emailed over 10 times and called PayPal over 5 times with a confirmation that I should receive funds within several promised dates and still it hasn't been refunded, after another email today was told to wait another 5 days! Why? I have received so many excuses and delays! Where is the buyer protection that is promised!!!
