I currently have a refund (for several thousand dollars) which has been pending since November 18th. I've called technical support multiple times and been told this is due to a "known technical glitch." The last representative that I spoke to told me that there is no time frame available for when this will be fixed and that I will simply have to wait until the issue is resolved. I'm justifiably frustrated at this point, and in the meantime am out several thousand dollars indefinitely. Does anyone have any suggestions on some way I can get in contact with anyone who can give me some real answers? Obviously this will be the last time I use PayPal to make a payment.
