Anything online where PayPal can check that they downloaded the file? You don't have tracking number so may not be eligible for chargeback coverage under seller protection, then it will put your PP account in the negative in that amount and put your account into collections and limit it's use.
Generally virtual goods/services are not protected under seller protection but if you have compelling evidence...like download logs...
Consider not using PayPal for digital goods and services. The protection is limited or non-existing as you can see. Or use a freelance marketplace platform that has addition protection.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

I sent the files via google drive and that one has no logs at all but is secure thats why i use it since clients download files only from there...
But my question is now that credit card is no longer linked to the paypal can paypal still take the money from it ?

I thought it was clear. Your account will go negative and PayPal will collect on the debt if you don't pay.
Since the credit card was removed from the account, it should be available for another account, howver, I don't think PayPal will allow you to create another account when one is in default.

If the OP has another account, then that account will get limited too. Any info that can link accounts together will get limited. Can't hide from the debt. If you sell something, they will deduct it from your incoming payments. Heard of a case on the net where they even limit a family member's account if they are at the same address and the person gotta pay it for the family member to get unlimited. Basically, removing the card won't really matter unless you don't plan on using PayPal no more.

Here comes your answer-
What the others said is correct,Paypal will keep asking you to fill the deficit by transferring some money from your bank account,if you do not, they will turn this over to collection agency.
But your account will remain with this deficit,in future if any payments come in,it will be used t o flll that defict.
If no payment comes in ,nothing they can do.
But if you did not remove your credit card, one day you want to buy something and logon to your account and pay with your credit card,Paypal will piggyback what you owe them to your credit card transaction, this is how they make you pay.
now you said you have removed your credit card and want to know if you can add this card to another one of your paypal account, will Paypal go after your other account,I dont know.
