Can' receive money

Travel agency from Australija sent me my payment (in Europe) via PayPal, but still nothing shows on my PayPal account, and there's nothing on my Mastercard. What should I do?

What CURRENCY did they send the payment in?

Have you double checked with them that they put the correct email address on the payment without any typos?

Have you had an email to say the payment was made from paypal?

Is anything showing in your paypal transaction list?

They sent me money in AUD, I didn't get an e-mail from paypal, and nothing shows up in my Activities. I confirmedy e-mail adress and still nothing.

Is your paypal account set up to accept AUD?

Trouble is that if they paid you and it showed as ''unclaimed'' then the sender could just cancel it OR if it was ''unclaimed'' for 30 days it would ''time out''.

If neither of those applied then ''try this''  >>

Click on the > next to your paypal balance > select ''manage currencies'' from the pop up box.

ADD AUD as a receiving currency and see if the payment comes in.

If not then go back to your sender and ask them  >>

1. What does it say next to the transaction in THEIR paypal account.

a. Completed.

b. Unclaimed with or without a cancel option.

2. Get them to check the email address they sent the payment to and check there was no typos.
