Hi,
Right now, i'm having problem with "payment pending".
I'd sent my money to a seller $150, but he said that my money was received but it was in "pending" status. (two bottom pictures)
But in my bank account, $150 is sent already. (there are two $150 transactions because after dealing with "pending" status, we decided to transact through Clothing Website. He said that he will refund $150 when he receives the money.)
Can someone explain me this? The seller hasn't receivd the money yet.
Thank you for your time.

Don't rely on screen shots from the seller. That's the seller's problem to figure out.
You paid. Ask for a refund on the second payment; it was really a very bad decion to pay again.
The seller needs to look at the tansaction details and decide what to do.
If the seller does not ship then file disputes for non-receipt to get a refund. Don't make excuses for the seller.

Hi tigerman511 -
Welcome to the PayPal Community. We're glad to have you!
Whenever you make a payment using your PayPal account, the money is typically instantly available to the seller. In the rare circumstance that this isn't true, as DPCreations said, it's nothing to be concerned about. PayPal routinely takes steps or has processes in place to make sure we're the safest method of online payments available.
Some sellers are eligible for what are called Payment Holds. This is a program PayPal created for sellers who are new, infrequent, or maybe need a little help in establishing good selling practices. So long as the payment shows "Completed" in your transaction details as the buyer, you've done everything you need to do to receive the item and/or service you've paid for. If for any reason the seller fails to send you the product, or provide you the service, you would be welcome to file a dispute in the PayPal Resolution Center.
Again, thank you for joining the Community!
