Hi, Right now, i'm having problem with "payment pending". I'd sent my money to a seller $150, but he said that my money was received but it was in "pending" status. (two bottom pictures) But in my bank account, $150 is sent already. (there are two $150 transactions because after dealing with "pending" status, we decided to transact through Clothing Website. He said that he will refund $150 when he receives the money.) Can someone explain me this? The seller hasn't receivd the money yet. Thank you for your time.
