More than 10 days since claim has been escalated, still no refund?

Ive filed a claim on the 17th of January. But the status of my claim hasnt changed, it still says awaiting other party's response. How ling does it usually take for paypal to resolve a claim and refund you your money?

PayPal will review it.  The system is automated.  The review time varies.
