I'd like to know how could I get a PayPal Debit Card to use it in El Salvador since I can't associate any bank account at any of the banks in the country.
I am afraid with some countries,you can accept Paypal payment but you can transfer it to bank ,cant get out with Paypal debit card and cant get a check from PAYPAL.
The only way is to find someone you trust,send him the money from PAYPAL fund,and ask him to go to WESTERN UNION and send you the money or go to the bank and wire you the money or send you an intl money order or cashier check.
