This app that lets me have free money...

I was on this app that allowed me to have free money but I have to install apps. When I got enough money I made it pay on paypal. When I recieved my payment, paypal said i have to wait until October 5! I don't know why that is so I checked how to get my money faster. Paypal thought that the app that pays me free money bought something from me and have to ship it! Why?! I EVEN HAVE TO WAIT FOR OCTOBER. Please help me get my money quickly!

Free money may be expensive and it may cost you some loss of privacy.

Since it was free, it shouldn't be criitical if you don't get it.

It might be time to review PayPal policies to make sure your app complies with PayPal terms of use.  You could even be in a position where your account gets limited.  Understanding policies is extremely important as is understand your free momey app.
