I know that there is no way to open a dispute for a family and friends but can the sender ask the bank to cancel the transaction?

I mean if he adds funds to his paypal then uses Family & friends then ask the bank to cancel the transaction.

Or any other way to get scammed if I am the seller.

if you are selling,you should ask him to send fund using goods and services.

if he tranfers fund from his bank account to Paypal and then pay you ,he can file unauthorised transaction with his bank

There are more ways than one to scam a seller,thats why it is important to read paypal buyer and seller protection policy.

nothing will protect you from item not as described and the buyer returned a box of rocks.

I am literally trying to sell an item in a game, in the comminuty of the game only F&F is accepted as it cant be charged back, I am new to this I dont know what is the best way to do it safely.

There no safe way to sell virtual items and receive payment with PayPal.  You do so at your own peril.

Using friends/family for purchases is against PayPal policies and eventually can get your account limited.

There are ways a sender of family/friends can get money back--just claim it was unauthorized.  You, the seller, lose--and get a $20 chargeback fee.

if he uses a credit card via Paypal and pay you as friend and family,he can still do a chargebackw ith his cc issuer,cc issuer does not care if i is good and servcies OR friend and family,thats Paypal gibberish.

What will happen if I used that money to purchase something or I sent it to someone else before he request charge back?

Then you PayPal account will be negative and your account will be restricted until you add money.  If not paid, the debt will be sold and a debt collector will come after you for payment.

what is this community of game which only accept Paypal friend and family,it has no clue how online business works.

anytime you sell something,there is risk,just dont sell anything you cant afford to lose.
