Hello! I shoot weddings with my girlfriend and she’s looking for a method to pay me. For some reason, she’s reticent to use PayPal buy more eager to use CashApp or Venmo. The story goes, her parents used PayPal to accept transactions through debit/credit cards and they were hit with some fees (?) once they accepted over a certain amount. This sounded odd to me, and I voiced my uncertainty but told her I’d look into it. More than likely, it would be from her bank account as a friends and family transaction. What are the limits for the amount of money you can send to others this way, annually? Thank you!
