Hi why now new update cant withdraw to my master card . only can bank account?

You can't withdraw to a card in the US, only to a bank account.

Im from malaysia.last month still can withdraw to my own card. but this month Paypal new website cant withdraw to my card?? and my bank account type still is Checking.

Can't withdraw to MasterCard, only Visa cards if you are in one of the Withdraw to Card regions.
