cannot make a payment to paypal credit online

Why is it that i am unable to make a payment to my paypal credit account online? everything appears and then then when you link accounts it loses all of my paypal credit information.  This is ridculous that i have to make a phone call every month in order to pay you.  when i mail a check you reject it and send it back...You made us link our billmelater and paypal accounts yet you refuse payments unless made over the phone... please advise a  better way to link accounts so i don't have to go thru this nonsense month after month.  thanks

You should have the ability to make payments to PayPal Credit directly  from your PayPal Account using your linked  Checking or Savings account or your PayPal Balance.  We certainly understand your frustration with having to call in each month.

As a Chase Customer I pay my bills using Chase Bill Pay. I don;t want Your company having direct links to my bank accounts - how do I Pay you via Chase.com Bill Pay? What is your mailing address for payments?

Making a payment to PayPal Credit through your banks bill pay should not be a  problem. 

Be sure to include your 16-digit account number with your payment. You'll also want to allow plenty of time before your due date for your payment to reach us on time to avoid a late payment fee.

I also cannot make a payment to paypal credit. Do not tell me that I should be able to because your site does not respone. It is worthless. It was so easy to make a payment before you idiots upgraded the site.

So pease tell me how I can mae a payent on your useless site.

Sorry to hear about the trouble since the upgrade. If you have  a personal account you can follow these steps:

If your PayPal and PayPal Credit accounts are linked, you can make a payment from your PayPal account. Here's how:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click PayPal Credit.
3. Click Make a payment or Schedule a payment.
4. Complete your payment to PayPal Credit.

You can only use your PayPal balance or your bank account to make a PayPal Credit payment.

If you have a business account, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your PayPal account
2. Click PayPal Credit
3. Click Classic View
4. Click My Money
5. Click Update next to PayPal Credit. "Make Payment" will then be available.
