Gong through a dispute. So my paypal accont is in arrears for the dispute amount??? They could of told me they were going to do this!!! Also they could of let me know i cant purchase anything yet till dispute is settled. Why am i being charged if the outcome hasnt even been decided yet????????? I called them got through to a few people. No direct answers. Waste of time.

Why not just call PayPal and ask?

You could also check PayPal polcies and terms of use to make sure you understand all.

I did call them. After 1 hour on different calls, no one could give me a straight answer. I gave up.

Guess you'll just have to wait until the dispute is settled or find some way to fund your PayPal account or add a credit card.
