You keep giving us this link, but the information on the page has not changed in 4 months. They brag about how many merchants use PayPal Here, but they need to remeber that that is a lot of units to get out. Will they be able to do it.
In addition, as brick and mortar merchants move to only accepting EMV cards, the scam artists will be looking for places to use their fraudulent magnetic strip cards, and mobile merchants will be vulnerable without the new readers. You may have only had an occasional chargeback in the past, but look for that increase greatly if we are not able to upgrade. You would think that PayPal would want us to be more secure sooner, rather than later.
I accept mobile payments in Florida where the humidity often affects magnetic strips as well as the PayPal Here reader, meaning I have to key in almost half of the transactions at the higher fee. These new readers will correct that, so I am eager to get one!

I find Paypal responses to run the gamut from totally uniformed to supremely awful. This company's customer service makes so mad.
